Said Mohammadioun
Managing Partner , TechOperatorsFrom December 2003 to October 2005, Said Mohammadioun was Chief Technology Officer of Intellisync. He was also a member of Intellisync’s Board of Directors.
From 1995 to 2003 Mr. Mohammadioun was the chairman and CEO of Synchrologic Inc., a software company in the enterprise mobile & wireless infrastructure business that was acquired by Intellisync in December of 2003. Until 1995, Mr. Mohammadioun was a vice-president at Lotus Development Corporation where he was responsible for several product divisions, including word processing, graphics, and advanced spreadsheets.
In 1990, Mohammadioun sold Samna Corporation, a publicly-held company, to Lotus. He founded Samna in 1982, managed the company’s growth in DOS-based word processing, and pioneered the creation of the first Windows-based word processor, Ami Pro.
Prior to founding Samna, Mohammadioun was the Director of Development for Lanier Business Products’ Computer Division.
He holds an MBA degree in Finance from Georgia State University and MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
