Qualifications:

The Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Reporting and Documentation Specialist provides direct support to the Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO), the CQI Program Manager/Analyst and the CQI Compliance Coordinator.  This position is focused on all aspects of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.  They will work closely with the Database Administrator in the Information Services Department.

Principal Accountabilities:

Agency Knowledge Base

 

  • Documentation of EHR system; visual and written description of activities and outcomes; concise summaries of agency electronic processes
  • EHR specific aspects of CQI User Manual
  • Development of report documentation and consistent practices across reporting

 

Report Writing

 

  • Development of quality improvement reports for monitoring of required EHR activities and documents
  • Development of quality improvement reports for monitoring of service counts by program
  • Development of quality improvement reports for monitoring of completed fields
  • Development of grant reports
  • Development of program summary (outputs and outcomes) reports for multiple levels of the agency

 

Skills Required:

 

  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Experience with configurable data management systems
  • Experience with technical writing and documentation

 

Education:

 

 

  • BS in computer science or information systems; MS preferred
