Qualifications:

This position will be primarily responsible for the creation and implementation of technology advancements and be the technology leadership in the company.  The position will be responsible for the resolution of all issues and troubleshoot any problems end users might experience by creating solutions in both process and technology.  Responsibilities include software development and implementation in a Windows 2003/2008 domain environment with Exchange 2007 & 2013 Server and 55+ employee terminals.  Additional responsibilities include for the analysis of aviation and component data, collection and organization of internal intellectual property and the creation of data modeling to determine purchase price points and forecasted sales. 

 

Required Skills:

·         Comfortable in an outgoing, fast paced group

·         Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret internal business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

·         Ability to analyze data, search for errors and autonomously work towards solutions to provide accurate models to management team

·         Strong Microsoft Excel and Access knowledge

·         Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams

·         Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

·         Self-driven and ability to accomplish projects in a timely manner without follow up

·         Knowledge of a Windows 2003/2008 domain environment

·         Knowledge of Exchange 2007 and 2013 server

·         Ability to troubleshoot problems with end users

·         Ability to work with a third party to resolve any issues with our “core” application

·         Oracle Crystal Reports experience

·         SQL experience

·         Filemaker experience a plus

·         Ability to travel to offsite locations to develop, setup and troubleshoot systems

·         Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions and data

·         Extreme attention to detail required

·         Flexibility in taking on new tasks and able to prioritize in order to accomplish all needs in order to maintain fluent operations throughout the company.

·         Accept other duties as assigned

 

Experience:

·         Analytical experience and software programming

·         Master’s degree or equivalent
