We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join the Cardlytics team! The Developer, Business Intelligence will work closely with the Account Management Team, Sales, Merchant Analytics, and Bank Analytics. The ideal candidate will have 2 years in a business intelligence environment, exposure to analysis, reporting, marketing analysis and database marketing.

Skills and Requirements

  • With the BI Director and SVP Channel Analytics, identify a Business Intelligence project plan
  • Interface with Account Management and Banking Operations to identify and document requirements
  • Interface with data warehouse team to convey underlying cube structures and data requirements
  • Create reporting and analytical tools for Account Management, Merchant Sales and Merchant Analytics
  • Train end-users to access and navigate the user interface
  • Manage and maintain the BI system in an ever-evolving environment
  • Interact and collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and Analytical disciplines
  • Respond to requests for data and information outside the BI system, integrate new requests as needed
  • With Director, create a long-term vision of a corporate BI role

  • 2+ years in a business intelligence environment, exposure to Analysis, Reporting, Marketing Analysis, Database Marketing

  • Cognos, Microstrategy, Tableau or Microsoft BI Suites
  • Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 and Excel Services
  • Expert level T-SQL skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Decision Sciences, Marketing Research or similar
