Monumental is a boutique development company seeking bright, creative, front-end developers who get excited about creating non-trivial user interfaces and javascript powered web applications. Should be unafraid of finding novel solutions and exploring untested technology. An appreciation of visual design and user experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
- able to read/write/re-write cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS/Javascript
- very strong CSS and jQuery skills
- comfortable with Adobe CS Suite (ability to cut out graphic assets)
- familiarity with other javascript APIs (backbone.js, d3.js, ext.js, etc.)
- familiarity with social media APIs
- excellent debugging chops
- good communication skills
