Qualifications: Responsibilities: • Support teams of client and KPMG personnel in the execution of project work, monitor and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely and high quality delivery of deliverables across a variety of clients within multiple industries • Project a professional image of KPMG and provide high quality service to our clients • Complete various quantitative and qualitative analyses as dictated by the scope of each project • Actively seek to build and broaden industry knowledge • Raise issues in a timely manner and provide thoughtful alternatives to resolve them • Contribute to the evolution of our intellectual capital through assistance with development and evolution of our Technology methodologies and tools, market research, and thought leadership articles • Assist managers and partners in the creation of proposals, discussion documents, business development activities, and practice administration Qualifications: • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting with an Information Technology concentration, or other IT/Accounting/Finance/Information Management and Analytics related degree from an accredited college/university • Strong academic credentials • Strong proficiency in basic PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques • Strong client services delivery orientation including ability to take an active role executing engagements to client service standards • Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members and build strong relationships • Excellent written and verbal communications • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, at times with relatively short notice • Ability to work on-site at client premises approximately 80-90 percent of the time • Willing to work hours as needed to meet client deadlines • Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, analytical and quantitative abilities • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team of professionals at all levels • Targeted graduation dates from December 2014 through Summer 2015
