Job Summary:

The Jr. Associate, Interactive Program Management will learn how to manage complex interactive engagements to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards.


The primary functions of this position include project management, client management, and team engagement. The Jr. Associate, Interactive Program Management is expected to play a variety of project support and team leadership roles while developing the skills and experience necessary to become an Associate. 



•Assist the pursuit team to complete RFP's, project scoping, sizing and pricing estimates

•Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings

•Maintains awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions (i.e. news events, trends, mergers, etc.).

•Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria.

•Assists Project Managers with day-to-day project management tasks or leads small and mid-sized tracks/projects. Develops and tracks project plans for individual tracks of work (as part of a larger project plan.)

•Assists Project Managers in managing client relationships and preparing for client meetings. Plans and executes client workshops. Develops relationships with appropriate client stakeholders. Provides day-to-day contact for client on track related communications

Experience Guidelines:


•Less than 1 year of professional work experience outside of internships. 

•Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Proven mentoring, and team-building skills.

•Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience.


Bachelor's degree required
