Job Summary:
As an Jr. Associate, Technology, you’ll be working on a team with
other passionate, driven, and talented people to develop innovative
solutions for our clients. Our environment and culture fosters growth

- Solution prototyper
- Problem solver
- Deliverable creator and producer
- On-line collaborative workspace designer and owner
- Project plan and scope manager
- Project issue and risk manger
- Delivery processes compliance manager
- Documentation manager
- Quality Assurance analyst
- Software developer
- Technical analyst
- Trainer
- Project team space designer
- Project level and peer review coordinator
- Project team celebration owner
- Delivery Focus Areas owner
- Software Build-master
- Client meeting coordinator
- Recognition owner
- Delivery Capabilities team liaison
Experience Guidelines:
- Less than 1 year of professional work experience
- Internship experience
- Proven leadership experience and capability
- Experience working on teams to solve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Eager to travel to cities across the world
- Driven to learn, create and improve
- Proficiency to develop and write code in a programming language of JAVA or .net
- Frequent overnight and occasional overseas travel is required – up to 100%
- Graduation Date May 2012-August 2013
- Must be eligible to work in the US
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
