Qualifications:

 

Technical background needed for a junior, full-time contract content manager:    

·        Project manage the creation and loading of content used in brand/pillar experiences (Coke, Sprite, Coke Zero, NASCAR, Olympics, FIFA) going onto the My Coke Rewards desktop, tablet and mobile websites as well as other brand websites

·        Manage key milestones, dependencies, and creative timelines with vendor partners and creative agencies

·        Manage an India based content loading firm to ensure content is properly loaded into a Stellent content management system

·        Troubleshoot issues with content that is not running correctly on websites

·        Perform content loads of emergency content when 24 hour response by content loading firm is not possible

·        Use a web-based tracking tool to manage and report content loads and creative work

·        Close out program activation with business teams by documenting consumer flow with screenshots after launch

·        Work with the editorial lead to make sure the programming/slotting calendar properly matches the editorial calendar  

·        Act as a single point of contact to creative agencies when production issues are encountered

 

Candidates need the following qualities to be successful:

·        High energy, multi-tasker:  managing many projects at a time

·        Must be detail oriented and a self-starter

·        Collaborative, needs to be a very good team player, as this role coordinates with partners, agencies, internal business leads and activation managers.

·        Strong timeline management and ability to deliver on commitments
