• MA and PhD also accepted (Several entry level trading positions are held by MA and PhD employees)
• Strong understanding of Math, Statistics, and Probability required; Understanding of finance a plus
• Proficiency in financial modeling techniques using Excel a plus
• Programming experience a plus (C++, Java, Linux, stl, SQL, VBA, Etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team in a fast paced environment
