The Jr Web Developer will assist the existing web development in the support of existing web solutions and development of new web and JAVA-based technologies.

The ideal candidate must - in addition to solid programming skills - display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities. The candidate for this position must be able to work independently in a varied, fast paced environment.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (written, oral and listening).

Good troubleshooting skills.

 Must be a team player and interact with technical and non-technical personnel.

 Good time management skills.

 Positive working attitude, self-starter, self-motivated .

Knowledge of .NET, JAVA, Ruby on Rails, Database structures, Business Analysis, Project Management and SQL.

 Hands-on experience in Web development technologies (Open Source, .NET and/or JAVA)
