Job Description:  
A Programmer Analyst - J2EE Development with 4 years work experience in a J2EE shop. The successful candidate will be proficient in web design patterns, database programming, complex integrations, Java, XML, SOA, and JMS/MQ queues, and be well versed in current software development techniques and tools.
Must mentor junior team members, function well in a diverse team environment, and be able to perform moderately complex development tasks on their own.

Primary Skill:  J2EE Development
Applications must have a minimum of 3+ years work related experience.

The desired Programmer Analyst - J2EE Development will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent in education and work experience.  3-5+ years experience in systems analysis and applications programming development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• No relatives who are employed by UPS or any of its subsidiaries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience.

• 3-5+ years experience in systems analysis and applications programming development.
