What would you do? – The Specifics

Creates, implements, and executes software test plans for POS system.
Creates test cases to be used for validating expected results.
Writes clear and concise defect reports and submits trouble tickets to
software development teams (internal and vendors).
Creates and presents training documentation and application tips and
tricks and Q&A documents.
Creates marketing promotions within the POS system.
Works as a liaison between various departments to identify the company
needs and applies those needs to the POS system.
Provides support to level 1 Support Service personnel.
Maintains data in SDS POS (promotions, imports, lens validation, etc.)

Provides escalated trouble shooting for retail operations related data
and credit processing issues.
Investigates methods to reduce service issues and reduce the number of
calls being received by
Support Services by re-engineering the methods and practices employed
by Support Services.
Visits retail locations to stay abreast of opportunities to “make
things better” by determining root problem analysis, identifying new
problems, and working to identify process improvement opportunities.
Creates Pareto-type analysis on Support Services calls and issues with
the intent to reduce the labor, time, and expenses associated with
operating Support Services.

Are you the right fit? – The Suitable Talent

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
2-4 years of previous call center experience.
Working knowledge of call center software.
Working knowledge of SQL database
Working knowledge of advanced application support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Power
point).
