We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, and independent-thinking Atlanta-based analyst who will:


1.       Work closely with R&D, Production, Sales, and Management teams

2.       Provide internal and external clients with actionable analytics insights and recommendations

3.       Have minimal travel and direct customer interaction

4.       Report directly to the CIO




1.       Analyze client marketing and engineering data and perform internet research to maintain and refine existing predictive models and deliver ad-hoc analytic insights

2.       Effectively communicate findings through written and verbal presentations to a variety of audiences from peers to executives

3.       Support new business initiatives through demonstration of analytical capabilities

4.       Perform time forecasts of industry seasonality, trend, and cyclicality

5.       Create scope of work for research projects and deliver comprehensive results on time

6.       Document all work including underlying data sources, formulas, approaches, assumptions, etc.




1.       Must be able to create and analyze data sets and provide meaningful insights

2.       Must be able to accurately and succinctly present data, analysis, insights and recommendations

3.       Must be highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

4.       Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5.       Must have superior skills in independently prioritizing and completing multiple tasks to meet deadlines




1.       BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field of study

2.       Two years experience in data manipulation and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) tools

3.       Two years experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Microsoft SQL or Oracle

4.       Experience with modeling tools such as SAS, Weka, Knime, etc.

5.       Strong experience specifically with most of these software programs: Microsoft SQL Server, Alteryx, MapInfo, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

6.       Strong understanding of time series analysis, regression analysis, curve fitting, clustering, decision trees, etc.




Targeted salary range is in the $50-60K or commensurate with experience.  Employees will also be eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance
