• BA required by time of employment, MS or PhD preferred; top-tiered school preferred
• Strong understanding of C++ with good knowledge of stl and C#. Linux scripting is a plus
• Very strong understanding of development skills across platforms and languages and multi-threaded and object oriented programming
• Experience with Market Data Feeds and/or Exchange APIs is desired
• Proficiency in financial modeling techniques preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and quantitative skills
• Ability to work within a team in a fast paced environment
• Trading experience a plus
