• Must be capable of consuming and understanding existing code base. 

Technical Skills: 

• Hands-on programming with either C/C++, C# or Java. 
• Good understanding of object-oriented design. 
• Good debugging and problem solving skills. 
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced interactive development environment. 
• Basic understanding of threading (deadlock, race conditions, etc.). 
• Basic understanding of Windows messaging. 
• Previous experience analyzing crash or hang dumps is a plus.
