The Team: The Continuous Integration team is an ideal place for college students to learn state-of-the-art testing strategies. In turn, college students are equipped with the latest course work and languages essential for supporting Continuous Integration. The Position: The intern’s key responsibilities will be to work as part of a scrum team creating requirements/ specification/ design/ test documents, participate in code reviews, develop code, and automate testing in parallel with development. Their responsibilities will also include creating test tools and test automation framework for embedded systems. Work with the development and test teams to automate testing of our multilayer applications.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent coding skill in C, C++, Java or Python
  • Good scripting skills in at least one common language (PHP, Perl, Shell).
  • Working knowledge of MySQL
  • Highly proficient in a Unix/Linux/Windows XP environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of internet technologies.
  • Strong Software debugging skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a bachelors degree or higher in computer science from an accredited college/university
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA
  • Able to work from the Murray Hill, NJ office
