Qualifications:

Atcore Systems, the top SugarCRM consulting firm in the Southeast, is looking for a full-time SugarCRM Support Engineer. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience with SugarCRM and PHP, enjoys helping users and wants the upward mobility of becoming a full-time SugarCRM consultant.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Web Development, with a minimum of 6 months experience specifically in SugarCRM Development.

Job Requirements:

  • Junior-level experience with PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS and SQL.
  • Bonus points for having experience in JQuery, YUI, or custom module development.
  • Experience with web application development, application integration and highly usable interfaces.
  • Substantive development experience on the SugarCRM platform
  • Knowledge of standard SugarCRM Modules (ie. Leads, Accounts etc.)
  • Ability to research & develop web applications in independently.
  • Should have excellent database design, querying and implementation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of coding, server deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivated, self starter, enthusiastic and results driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers who purchase Atcore Systems SugraCRM modules.
  • Develop custom SugarCRM extensions and marketing solutions.
  • Develop Saas services and SugarCRM add-ons that create value to the business and for customers.
  • Accurately scope and estimate projects, with deliverables that are completed on time.
  • Author tutorials, blog posts, project estimates and design documents.
  • Contribute back to communities that our work is based on including PHP, SugarCRM and a variety of others.
