Responsible for the monitoring, development and maintenance of the AT&T Cloud. Using the tools, various software applications, and databases to assist in the installation, problem resolution, vendor management, of the AT&T Cloud. Must have the ability to work with and lead internal and external customers, IT teams, and vendors. Requires schedule flexibility including 24x7 production support. Coordinates with internal and external teams to ensure service commitments are met. Roles & responsibilities: The role includes ticket creation & management, outage management (outage bridges, leadership notifications, etc..), planned maintenance for system enhancements and changes, monitoring the network environment for alarming and some document creation.• Customer focused (drive for quick resolution)• Fielding customer calls, emails, chat requests• Monitoring Network Elements using multiple surveillance tools.• Manage outage bridges (establish bridge, manage effective discussion, keep leadership informed)• Manage Tickets using AOTS• Need candidates to be innovative and continuously look for better ways of doing business• Candidates should be focused on delivering quality work.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Preferred but not required: Degree in Computer Science or related field, Linux or UNIX experience, Database Administration experience, Basic working knowledge of Network Design & infrastructure and IP sub neting.  20 hours a week.  $15.00/HR.  3.0 GPA or higher is needed.


    Required Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled in school and in the process of pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Must have GPA of 3.0 or better
