Seasoned Internet entrepreneur & CEO is looking for a young brilliant technical co-founder. Best match would be a CS grad who’s dream is to build / found a start-up. I already have a validated business concept (with basic prototype) that now needs technical development. You’ll be working with me closely and you’ll get to learn how to build a business from the ground up. You’ll be the sole technical lead to start with.

Equity: Yes, a good slug. 
Salary: Yes (a co-founder salary)

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Ruby / PHP 
• Experience with Wordpress platform or ability to learn fast
• Good eye for UX and design 
• Knowledge of front end markup- CSS, HTML, Javascript
• The drive and desire to work in a young start-up environment
• Have to be able to communicate well 
• Someone who says what they think

Pluses:

• You’ve already tried to start your own business (i don’t care if it failed)
• You can demonstrate you thrive on “start-up chaos”
