Web Developer

 Collaborates with other designers and developers to create a state of the art website
• Meets directly with upper management  to determine timelines and creative requirements for new projects
• Creates layouts, comps, color studies, and site maps as needed and is responsible for adherence to client graphic standards and brand guidelines
• Works with other designers, developers and copywriters in the production of deliverables
• Participate in tracking data reviews to determine what worked, what didn’t work and to derive “best practice” conclusions

• Languages/Technologies: HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, English
• Applications: Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, iWork
• Experience with ExactTarget, MailChimp, or similar ESP a plus
