The MORALE group met at Gregory's house on Wednesday, July 3.
In attendance were Spencer, Melody, Gregory, Ashok, and Dean.
The following items were discussed.

1. The new rate for graduate student pay (a 6% raise).

2. Salasin's note about ADS.

3. Cluster Interaction Plans.  It was decided to merge these.
   I have sent the resulting plan in another message.

4. The summer plan.  We decided to use the MOSAIC source code
   as our pilot project.  It features: multiple versions with
   descriptions of feature changes, an amenable-to-analysis
   language, and a head start (Gregory's analysis of other
   browsers and Spencer's class's project documentation; see
   http://www.cc.gatech.edu/computing/classes/cs8113d_96_winter/).

5. Dean distributed a design document for his tool.  (Dean, can
   you move this into our web space?).

6. We agreed that if he is available, we will meet with Colin next
   week at my house.  I will confirm the meeting once I have heard
   from Colin.
