What are RSS Feeds?

RSS feeds are a standardized format for Web content most often used to syndicate news.  RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication."  To receive the latest College of Computing news through our RSS feeds, you will need a feed reader, or aggregator.

A feed reader will check our RSS feeds automatically and display any new articles that it finds. Feed readers are available as desktop applications, and are also offered as browser-based applications through Web sites that provide aggregation services.
