Pamela Ruffin

Biography
Pam Ruffin has been with the College of Computing (CoC) for several years and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Administration. She is responsible for employee relations which includes overseeing the entire annual staff appraisal process and all human resource aspects of the College and its divisions. Most recently, Pam assisted the College of Computing in receiving a Certificate of Excellence from the 2005-2006 Georgia Tech Best Practices Challenge. CoC’s “Yearly Staff Appraisal Process" has become a model for other colleges and departments across Georgia Tech’s campus.
Pam received her Bachelor’s in Human Resources (1998) from Concordia College in Ann Arbor, MI.
