• Windows 95/98/NT4.0
• 16M memory
• TCP/IP network access to CQ Server
• 800*600 resolution

Downloading and Installation Steps

1. Download the file from here This comes bundled with the JRE and swing classes. 
   
2. Unzip the file
   
3. Open the CQClient directory
   
4. Click on startCQClient to run the application
