We have had several problems with file permissions
I stronly suggest that you use chmod 774 to give
full group access to all the files you are working
on.  This prevents other people from looking for
you while waving torches and pitchforks.

Get a key to the CoC you will be working strange
hours.  This requires that you get a key request
from the office at the corner (when you turn right
from the main entrance of the CoC).  Then you
fill out the form, get Russ to sign it and
then bring it back to the office you got it from
there is a $10 deposit on these keys.

Also you will want access to the GVU (the GVU/SciVis
lab on the second floor).  This may require mailing
help@cc to ge the appropriate acocunt permissions.
You should be able to get them since you are working
on the VRmidtown project.  Note that you will generally
need a key to the building to move around on the
second floor.  You will also need to combination to
the door of the GVU.
