(Those who receive Honorable Mention and the President's Fellowship should then apply for an NSF Fellowship again during their first year of graduate study.) If you are a continuing doctoral student and you are awarded a competitive and prestigious national fellowship, you may also be eligible for a President's Fellowship. Please contact the Ph.D. program coordinator.
