Biography

Paul M.A. Baker, Ph.D., is Associate Director at the Center for 21st Century Universities (C21U), holds the rank of Senior Research Scientist with the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also an Adjunct Professor with the School of Public Policy, and on the faculty of IPaT, the Center for Advanced Communications Policy (CACP), and the GVU Center at Georgia Institute of Technology, and is an Adjunct Professor at the Centre for Disability Law & Policy at the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Biography

Dr. Nancy Nersessian is Professor of Cognitive Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is appointed jointly in the School of Public Policy and the College of Computing, and holds an adjunct appointment in the School of Architecture.
