Policy Makers formulate and choose among competing or complementary alternatives that will have impact within an organization. The alternatives will also affect how the organization deals with the rest of the world. A Policy Maker is also likely to have a role in implementing and enforcing those decisions. Policy Makers work in all organizations (small and large, private and public) and at all geographic levels (local, state, national, and international).
