My name is Amrita Mathuriya. I am a Master's student in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology. I joined in Fall 2007. I am working as a Research Assistant under Prof. David A. Bader. My research interests include Computational biology, High performance Computing and Computational Science & Engineering. I did undergraduate studies from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee 2003-2007 in Computer Science & Engineering. My personal web page is here .

Currently, I am working on RNA Secondary Structure Prediction with Prof. David Bader from Computational Science & Engg. Division, College of Computing, Prof. Stephen Harvey from School of Biology and Prof. Christine E. Heitsch from School of Mathematics at Georgia Tech.
