Java GraphingGUI Test





You should see a loaded Java Applet below. If you are asked to download anything or allow blocked content, please click "Yes" or "Ok". If a security bar appears above the page in Internet Explorer, please right-click it and select "Enabled Blocked Content". If you are still having trouble please follow the Installation instructions further down this page to try the application version instead of this applet.

Description:

I created this program while I was teaching myself Java last summer. It draws a graphical representation of a function that can then be changed in several ways by the user through the use of slider bars. Created 07/2004.

Installation:

  1. Download the program and source code here.
  2. Extract the zip file you downloaded. You can easily right-click on the file, mouse-over "WinZip" and click "Extract to folder ...\GraphingGUI". If you do not have WinZip you can get it for free here.
  3. Double click "runProgram.bat" (on Windows) or open the code in the editor of your choice for review/compiling/execution.
