In Addition please note that the HCW page limit is 15 pages.

As part of this allocation, you are requested to include a Biographies section after your reference list, continuing in two-column format.

Please use the heading "Biographies", in Times 11-point bold.

Then skip one line.

Please include a brief biography of up to 300 words for each author.

Begin each biography with the author's name in Times 10-point bold. 

The remaining text will be in Times 10-point non-bold. 

Repeat for each author.
