I am Graduate research assistant in the College of Computing at Georgia Institute of Technology. My advisor is Professor Henrik I. Christensen.
Prior to entering the doctoral program, I received my B.S. degree in electronics and computer engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Estado de México.
My research interests include computation of visual correspondance, place categorization and probabilistic methods in robotics and computer vision applied to autonomous navigation and simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) using semantic information from indoor and outdoor environments.
