  We want to remind you that the ICSE 2001 PC meeting will be held in
San Diego on Saturday, Nov 11 and Sunday, Nov 12.  This is the weekend
immediately following FSE 2000.  Our experience shows that, with the large
number of submissions that we're likely to get, we'll need the entire two days.
It is extremely important that you plan to stay for both days, and not make
arrangements for flights out until after 6:00 pm on Sunday.  

  We hope all of you will be attending ICSE 2000 in Limmerick -- the program
looks very strong.  We'll have a short meeting during the conference.  We'll
send more information about it later.
