Dear Members of the ICSE 2001 Program Committee,

We hope that you are back home safely.  We want to thank you again
for your efforts in reviewing and your contributions to the meeting. 
Thank you for selecting a strong technical program and for being
cooperative, productive, and efficient.   

A few items of information:

1.  REOPENING OF WITAN WEB FOR REVIEW REVISIONS 
    We will reopen Witan Web from Friday through Tuesday so you can update
    your reviews.  After that, we will close the system and generate the
    letters for the authors.

2.  SUBMISSION OF REVIEWS FOR LATE-ASSIGNED PAPERS
    For those of you who were assigned an additional paper toward the end
    of the reviewing period and did not have time to enter your review, 
    please do so while the system is open.  For some of these papers, we 
    had to create a blank review before the meeting ---- please complete the
    review while the system is open.

3.  ASSIGNMENT OF SESSION CHAIRS 
    We have arranged the accepted papers into 16 sessions in two or
    three parallel tracks over three days.  It looks like a very strong 
    and interesting program.   We need sixteen session chairs.  Please let 
    us know if you would like to (or need to) chair a session.  

4.  NOTIFICATION LETTERS  
    The notification letters will be sent by the end of next week.

5.  REGISTRATION FOR THE CONFERENCE
    Remember that, as PC member, you get the early registration rate 
    no matter how late you register.   However, please register early.
    Registration information will be available soon.

6.  PICTURES NEEDED
    Some of you took pictures during the PC meeting activities.  Please
    send us any pictures you have and we'll make them available to
    everyone.
