group memmbers submit a short text file. Please include
the names of everyone in your group in the body of the text.
The assignment is worth 0% of your final grade; however, if you don't do it you will have violated a requirement of the project and will suffer greatly for it.
Why?
As you know, the goal of the group project is to apply machine learning to interesting problem domains, thereby gaining in-depth experience with specific algorithms and problem domains. This will take quite a bit of your time to do right. This fact is obvious, but experience suggests that some large subset of you will be in deep denial about this fact and procrastinate until it is well too late to do something interesting. So, we are avoiding this by having you start early.
