I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Computer Science Department at Georgia Tech working in the Robotics and Intelligent Machines Lab with Prof. Charles Isbell and Prof. Andrea Thomaz.

I completed my Masters degree in the ECE Department at Rutgers University where I worked with Prof. Michael Littman in the Real Life Reinforcement Learning Laboratory (RL3).

My research interests are in machine learning, reinforcement learning and human-computer interaction. I have had some experience in applying my methods to robotic systems as well as virtual agents. My primary area of focus has been to integrate reinforcement learning methods with information from humans. As part of my doctoral research, I am working on representation learning and state space exploration strategies for sequential decision making problems.
