Auction Hound is a tool designed to enhance the shopping experience for eBay buyers, from the occasional to the hard-core eBay shoppers. Auction Hound provides sophisticated searching capabilities, cross website price comparison, instant notifications, statistics on item prices, auction sniping, alarms for auction ends, a seller's rating system, a feedback tool, and much, much more, all in a very user friendly environment. Auction Hound was developed by a group of seven students at UC Berkeley as a semester long project for our Software Engineering course.

Very detailed specifications were meticulously laid out for each stage of the design process. First, a requirement specification was written to solidify the goals of the project. Second, a design specification was written to precisely specify how the program would be built. Lastly, we documented our final result in the implementation specification. At the end of the semester we gave a final presentation. All four of these documents can be viewed below.
