I am a computer scientist in the Center for Applied Scientific Computing at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where I am project leader for LOCAL and research scientist for ASC. I received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Georgia Tech in 2000 under the supervision of Greg Turk, and I earned B.S. degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics from Elon University in 1994. I moved to the U.S. in 1990 after growing up in Stockholm, Sweden. My research interests include mesh simplification and compression, geometric modeling, and interactive computer graphics.
