About Me

I am a PhD candidate in College of computing at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. Prof. David A Bader is my adviser.  I am affiliated with the Computational Science and Engineering division in the College of Computing.

I have completed my Masters degree from Interdisciplinary School of Scientific Computing (ISSC), Pune in 1997. I have worked with C-DAC from 1997 till 2004 and with IBM, Bangalore in June 2004 and till July, 2007.

The sole purpose to pursue the PhD is to improve my skills and contribute towards advancement of technology in the field of high performance and scientific computing. One important value I always keep on mind is innovation that matters to me, my organization and the world. I am always looking for new challenges to improve myself.  My passion lies in the field of high performance computing with focus on application porting and performance measurement, optimizations and performance analysis of various applications. I am interested in development or porting of mathematical libraries to various platforms and implementation of parallel algorithms.
