About Me:

pf I am from Pakistan . I was born in Lahore, and grew up in the suburbs of Islamabad, the picturesque capital of Pakistan.  Following is a list of places where I have spent my years prior to coming to Georgia Tech in 2005.
  • Fall 2004: While waiting for my F1 visa, I briefly worked for Center for Advanced Research in Engineering (Pakistan), and FAST-NU, Islamabad, Pakistan.
  • 2001~2004: I worked as a research engineer at DoCoMo Communication Laboratories USA, Inc.
  • 1997~Fall 2000: BS Computer Science. NUST, Pakistan.  I am recipient of Rector's Gold Medal and President of Pakistan Gold Medal for the year 2000 at NUST.
  • Spring 2000: I worked part time for Communication Enabling Technologies, (that later became Avaz Networks, and is now part of Quartics), Islamabad, Pakistan.
  • Prior to that I went to St. Paul's Cambridge School, Rawalpindi (1983~1991), and Islamabad College of Boys, G-6/3, Islamabad (1991~1996).  If you attended any of the above schools, I would love to hear from you.
