Mango Shake

What you need

  • Mango pulp – 7 Oz. (recommend Ratna Alphonso Mango pulp available in Indian grocery stores in 14 Oz. cans)
  • Pitted dates – 8 - 10
  • Almonds (sliced blanched is best) – 4 table spoons
  • Milk – 3 tall glasses
  • Sugar – 4 teaspoons

Now get to work

  • Pour all the ingredients into a blender. Use slow start in the beginning (“CHOP”, “GRIND”) and then switch to “BLEND”
  • Blend for about 1 min until it becomes a good colloidal mix

Ready to serve!
