Research :

I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Georgia Tech since 2016. My area of research interest is broadly in systems. However, my current research focus has been on leveraging persistent memory for HPC. Previously, I worked on making Docker container snapshot/restore 10X faster for large memory applications over CRIU, the state of the art tool. We implemented a new in-memory address space snapshot/restore mechanism, opened sourced the tool, and the modified Linux kernel. I received a M.S. in Computer Science from University of California, Santa Cruz in 2013, where I worked on Ceph, a distributed object-based file system. After graduation from UC, Santa Cruz I worked on Linux storage device drivers at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.
