Research@GT

My research at tech was focussed in the area of virtualization. I worked with Xen hypervisor on self-virtualizing devices, e.g. a self-virtualizing Network interface using IXP2400 NP. Previously, I worked on exploratory hypervisor research project (rhype) and developing hypervisor assist functionality for Linux/zVM at IBM TJ Watson Research Labs. I have also worked on energy aware middleware design for mobile embedded systems, e.g. robots. I work with Prof. Karsten Schwan in the College of Computing, GaTech. My current and previous mentors include Dr. Orran Krieger (IBM), Jimi Xenidis (IBM), Dr. Hubertus Franke (IBM), Dr. Dejan Milojicic (HP Labs) and Dr. George Riley (ECE, GaTech).
