My research in Software Engineering centers on requirements engineering, specifically regulatory compliance, privacy, and security. I frequently collaborate with Dr. Aaron Massey.

A second area of interest lies in practical applications of formal methods in software engineering. Although many of my peers may assert that particular set to be empty, my masters thesis described the advantages (and a few disadvantages as well) of a formal specification driven design methodology.
