Project 1: Make your AIBO chase the pink ball
- Hardcopy Due: Weds Oct 19 at beginning of class.
- Demo Due: Friday Oct 21 by end of day.
- Description of the project:
Train your robot to identify pink objects (e.g. the pink
ball).
Take 10 pictures with your dog using the "take pictures" program.
Load those pictures onto your computer and combine them using
the "tile" program. Use your favorite photoshop-like program to
label the tiled image. Run the learning program to "label" the
original image.
Download and compile the "sidways" code.
Make it work on your robot to follow the pink
ball.
- Deliver the following hardcopy in class:
- The names of the people in your group.
- A synopsis (one or two sentences) of who did what.
- The original image.
- The labeled image.
- The automatically labeled image.
