Tasks:
Once an event reservation is made online, Capital Planning and Space Management sends a confirmation email to the requestor and me. Once I have received the confirmation email, I will verify if the event is an after-hours event. If the event is an after-hours event I will notify the user that custodial fees are applicable and that the minimum charge is a total of $113.44(rates are subject to change and set by GT Facilities) which can be paid with a money order or PeopleSoft account. Payment of custodial fees must be received at least a day prior to the event. Once payment is received, an email is sent to the Night time custodial supervisor to have them assign a porter to clean up after the event has concluded. If necessary a separate email is sent to continuum to alter the door access schedule.
