Customer Perception Of Vendors
Notes:
- For this question, users were asked to rate their satisfaction of
delivery, support services, and quality of different types of vendors. Higher
scores indicate increased satisfaction. For all types of vendors, the three
characteristics received almost identical ratings. Overall, users prefer
retail stores (4.01 quality, 4.06 delivery, 3.99 support services). Catalog
mail order was next (3.90 quality, 3.88 delivery, 3.70 support services), followed
closely by online mail order (3.68 quality, 3.61 delivery, 3.59 support services).
Home shopping services were not well rated (3.11 quality, 3.16 delivery, 3.16
support services).
