We are interested in knowing your general opinion of using the World Wide Web for shopping as compared to other means of shopping. This survey should take 10-12 minutes to complete. For each of the following items, please indicate your level of agreement:

Shopping over the World Wide Web would enhance my effectiveness at shopping.

It is easy for me to observe others shopping over the World Wide Web.
