Sr. User Representative

About this role:
The Customer Information Management (CIM) Sr. User Representative responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. Candidate should take the complete ownership of the analytics initiative and work with client’s business executives; data owners; and internal implementation team. Work with Business partners in mapping broader business goals into detailed functional requirements. Communicate the detailed functional requirements of the analysis to solution implementation team. Work with stake holders, recognizing right data sources, gathering raw data and preparing the data for downstream processing. Work with the implementation team in calibrating and tuning the advanced analysis; gather business insights and present the findings to the client iteratively along with Business partners.
◾Minimum 2 years of Business Analysis experience or equivalent
◾Progressive responsibilities in IT
◾Experience in client facing roles
◾Good organizational and time-management skills. Experience with in-depth data analysis, data profiling and modeling. Light software programing experience is required. Knowledge and past experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing functions. Prefer strong statistical background or master level education in Management (MBA, etc.). Must be team-oriented and have excellent communication skills. Experience developing and designing aggregates used for modeling and analysis. Strong understanding of statistics, descriptive data analysis and Data analysis techniques. This is a Technical BA position and requires strong technical and business understanding. Candidate will be working with IT and business executives. SQL/database skills preferred
◾Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, MIS or similar engineering discipline or equivalent
